1. Overview
StepinAI Invoice Generator is designed as a public, free, browser-based tool. The current version does not require user accounts and does not use a StepinAI application database to store generated invoice records.
2. Invoice Information and Uploaded Images
School details, student names, payment amounts, logos, signatures, and stamps entered into the generator are processed in the browser to update the preview and create downloads. The application code is not designed to upload those invoice fields or selected images to a StepinAI application server. Users should still avoid entering information they do not have permission to use.
3. Hosting and Technical Information
The website is hosted using third-party infrastructure. The hosting provider may process technical request information such as IP address, browser information, timestamps, security events, and request logs according to its configuration, policies, and applicable law. StepinAI does not operate a user database for the invoice generator, but this does not mean that the hosting provider has no technical logs.
4. Third-Party Libraries and Links
The current build loads export libraries from jsDelivr, a third-party content delivery network, to support PDF, PNG, JPEG, and ZIP downloads. The browser requests those library files from that CDN. The application is not designed to send invoice form contents to the CDN as part of export, but third-party code and infrastructure are separate from StepinAI and should be considered when using the Service. Links to Telegram and YouTube open third-party services with their own privacy policies and terms.
5. Local Device and Downloads
Generated files are downloaded through your browser. The Service does not provide cloud backups or account-based access controls. If you use a shared device, close the page when finished and manage downloaded files and browser data appropriately.
6. Student and Personal Information
Users and educational institutions are responsible for having the legal authority and any required permissions to process student or guardian information. Please enter only information needed for your task and avoid including unnecessary sensitive details.
7. Cookies, Analytics, and Contact
The application code in this build does not intentionally store invoice data in localStorage, sessionStorage, or IndexedDB, and does not intentionally send invoice form data through an analytics service. Hosting-level logs and third-party infrastructure may operate separately. For questions or to report suspected misuse, use the channels listed on the Contact Us page. Do not send sensitive student or payment records through public comments.
8. Changes
This policy may be updated when the website or its dependencies change. Please review this page periodically.
